Class Schedule

  • Autumn: September 22 – December 12, 2025 (11 weeks)
  • Winter: January 12 – March 27, 2026 (11 weeks)
  • Spring: April 6 – May 22, 2026 (7 weeks)

Course Offerings

Music (Mondays & Tuesdays)
Dive into the world of sound and explore the tools of the trade through hands-on practice with audio recording, microphones, voiceovers, and music production. Learn how to build real careers in sound while working on your own creative projects—whether it’s songwriting, podcasting, or sound for video. You’ll use GarageBand software to record and edit your audio like a pro. Choose your own adventure and bring your sound ideas to life!

Design (Thursdays & Fridays)
In this fast-paced, creativity-fueled class, you’ll design your own story-driven animations—no templates, no limits—just your imagination in motion. Learn the secrets behind motion and timing, and discover how movement, contrast, repetition, and form can make your art explode with energy. You’ll craft bold visual stories without saying a word! (Student animations will be scored by students in a MAPS Music Production WINTER class.) It’s your vision, your voice—animated.
