The partnership between Fort Peck Community College’s CHANTÉ Project, MAPS Media Institute, and Frazer, Brockton, Poplar, and Wolf Point High Schools was created to provide students with professional media arts instruction for their 2020-2021 school year. This unique project offered students the opportunity to find their voice and effectively communicate through the different lenses of podcast production, photojournalism, and filmmaking.
The results are genuinely impressive.
Among the collection of podcasts, photo essays, and music videos, all produced by students from Fort Peck communities, the “I Am” video can be found. This student piece gives voice to the student’s perceptions of themselves by answering the question “Who Are You?”
